Shipping Policy

All shipments of fireworks are federally regulated and will be shipped only by federally approved means. Pyro Dudes Fireworks, L.L.C. is a retailer and wholesaler that sells via the internet to consumers, wholesalers and distributors. Pyro Dudes Fireworks assumes no liability as to misuse, illegal sale or transportation by the purchaser.

Once your address is added in and you did not see any shipping costs, the website knows your address cannot be shipped to. It defaults to STORE PICKUP ONLY! AGAIN, IF YOU DID NOT PAY A SHIPPING COST YOUR ORDER MOST LIKELY IS FOR PICKUP ONLY!

Due to Federal Law, we cannot ship fireworks to the following destinations: AK, CA, HI, WA, OR, NY, & MA.

Shipping Rates:

There is a minimum purchase amount of $500 in order to have fireworks shipped.  This is due to the high cost of shipping hazardous materials.  USPS, UPS Ground, FedEx Express, and other ground-based shipping methods are unavailable for any items other than select novelty items such as sparklers, smoke, confetti, etc.  All items marked UN0336 1.4G Consumer fireworks must be shipped via truck freight service.

Keep in mind, all shipments must be delivered via truck freight so for the best possible rates, a business address with either a loading dock or forklift available to unload the truck will be the most economical solution.  Residential delivery is available but will result in a higher freight charge as well as additional services such as lift gates.  If you are purchasing for personal use and your residence is not accessible for freight truck delivery, you will need to pick up your shipment at the closest trucking terminal.  Also, the freight company is only responsible to deliver to the address, they are not responsible for unloading the freight.

Due to product shortages and rising freight costs, Pyro Dudes has been forced to raise their Free Shipping minimum.  The choice had to be made to either raise our product costs to cover the rising costs and product shortages or keep our pricing as low as possible and raise the minimums.  We chose to raise the minimum order so our customers can still get the most value for their money.

All retail orders over $500 and under $1500 will be charged a flat shipping rate based on their zip code.

Any orders over $1500 will receive FREE SHIPPING.

Shipping Times and Damages:

Shipment times will vary depending on final destination point.  Typical delivery time is 3-10 business days from the time the shipment is picked up from our location.  Delivery time guarantees are available but are very costly.  If your shipment is going to a residential address, this will add at least one day to the estimated delivery time in order to allow for scheduling a delivery appointment.  The trucking company will give you a “window” of typically 4-5 hours within which time they will attempt to make the delivery.  Residential deliveries must be signed for so keep this in mind when scheduling the delivery with the trucking company.  Any deliveries which cannot be made due to no one being available for receipt will be charged a “Redelivery Fee”.  This fee can vary from trucking company to trucking company.

If the shipment appears to be damaged upon receipt or the case count does not match the Bill of Lading, please have the driver make a notation stating that fact on the actual Bill of Lading itself.  All claims for shortages and/or damages must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of your merchandise. Any notification delay may result in a loss to you. While we are not responsible for damage or loss caused by the freight company, we will work with you to help resolve the issue provided documentation of such shortage or damage is documented on the Bill of Lading and signed by the driver.  This is important and cannot be over-stated.
